Rebecca D. McCoy, Au.D, CCC-A
Dr. Rebecca McCoy earned her Masters in Audiology in 2007 and her Doctorate in Audiology in 2008 from the University of Pittsburgh and her Bachelors of Science in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences from Ohio University in 2004. Dr. McCoy is a licensed audiologist in the state of Illinois and is certified through the America Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).
Dr. McCoy specializes in diagnostic, vestibular assessment and adult hearing aid evaluation and fitting. Dr. McCoy prides herself on educating the patient and family on the best options for amplification and/or hearing conservation and the patient’s overall hearing health to improve quality of life.
Therese M. Kistenfeger, Au.D, CCC-A
Dr. Therese Kistenfeger earned her Doctorate in Audiology at the University of Memphis in 2011 and her Bachelors of Science in Special Education (Deaf and Hard of Hearing) from Illinois State University in 2003. Dr. Kistenfeger is a licensed audiologist in the state of Illinois and is certified through the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).
Dr. Kistenfeger specializes in pediatric and adult diagnostics, including hearing evaluations and auditory evoked potentials, as well as fitting hearing aids. Dr. Kistenfeger shows expertise in the selection and fitting of the latest digital hearing aid technology. She has a goal and hope for every patient that she is able to properly educate and work as a team with each patient to help them hear better in hopes that life becomes more enjoyable with improved ease of communication.
Alyssa D. Fitzgerald, Au.D, CCC-A
Dr. Alyssa Fitzgerald earned her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Memphis in 2014, and her Bachelors of Science in Communicative Disorders from Murray State University. She is a licensed Audiologist in Illinois and has obtained her certification (CCC-A) through the American Speech Language and Hearing Association ( ASHA).
Dr. Fitzgerald specializes in adult diagnostics, auditory and vestibular, and is highly trained in the selection, fitting, and verification of digital hearing aid technology. Her approach to helping patients centers on taking the time to educate the patient on their hearing loss. This includes understanding how it impacts their lives, and how hearing aid technology can help. Her goal is to help her patients live life to the fullest and enjoy the sounds and experiences that they have been missing.
Erin M. Whalen, Au.D, CCC-A, FAAA
Dr. Erin Whalen earned her Doctorate of Audiology from Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine in 2015 and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Western Illinois University in 2011. She is a licensed Audiologist in the state of Illinois, a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (FAAA), and is certified (CCC-A) through the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).
Dr. Whalen specializes in adult diagnostic testing, vestibular assessment, and is proficient in the selection and fitting of hearing aids. Dr. Whalen believes hearing connects people and her goal is to improve the quality of life for not only her patients, but their loved ones as well. In addition, she enjoys building long-lasting relationships with those she guides through the amplification process.
